Deluxe Fountains Terms and Conditions :-
- A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
- The full balance is required 21 days prior to the event along with confirmation of your requirements
- Delivery outside a 30 mile radius is charged at 45p per mile
- If in extreme circumstances we are unable to provide the fountain on the required date a full refund will be issued.
- Prices for the seasonal dipping items e.g. strawberries, are subject to change dependant on the season.
- Deluxe Fountains has liability insurance and the certificate can be viewed upon request.
- Deluxe Fountains have Food Hygiene Certificates which can be viewed on request.
- Deluxe Fountains are not liable should the fountain break down during the event
